The International Meeting Place Portfolio Review for Artists is an integral part of the FotoFest Biennial.
It gives artists the opportunity to meet and show their work to top arts professionals from around the world. The event is truly a “meeting place”, where photographic artists, arts professionals, curators, collectors, and colleagues have the opportunity to network, collaborate, share ideas, and establish life-long connections.
The Meeting Place brings together 150 curators, editors, publishers, gallerists, collectors, and photo agencies with over 450 photographic artists from around the world and across the United States.
The reviewers invited to the Meeting Place are some of the most important people in the field of photography. Whether you are looking for practical results for a completed body of work, or feedback on work in progress, the Meeting Place offers you the opportunity to present your portfolio to a wide range of photography decision-makers who can assist in your future career development - an exhibition, purchase of your work, an arts residency, or the publication of your work in a magazine or book.
The Meeting Place consists of three 4-day review sessions, each with different reviewers.
Registration for The International Meeting Place is open to all lens and image-based artists and photographers. Space is limited. Registration is ONLINE ONLY. There is no charge to submit a registration form - You are charged only after your registration is confirmed.
