FotoFest is committed to making its programs accessible to as many individuals as possible. FotoFest's Main Gallery and Headquarters at Silver Street Station is housed in an historic warehouse. Wheelchair accessible parking and a ramp, elevator and restroom are available in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Other spaces, used temporarily during the FotoFest Biennial and at other times may not be fully accessible.

FotoFest collects identifiable information to fulfill online orders and registrations. The types of personal information collected are: name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number and credit card information.
FotoFest respects privacy and complies with international regulations, including the GDPR. FotoFest does not share any financial or personal information you provide when purchasing items from our book store, registering for an event, or making a donation, except as required by law or to acknowledge your donation on our website and our publications, if agreed.
FotoFest will never share its mailing lists or email lists with any third parties, or advertisers.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
You may request any personally identifiable information that we collect by contacting FotoFest at info@fotofest.org, or by telephone at 713.223.5522 ext 19. You may correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows the error. You have the right to remove any and all of your information from FotoFest. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
FotoFest websites use Google Analytics to measure how users interact with website content. FotoFest uses this information to understand website traffic and usage. As a user navigates between web pages, Google Analytics provides website owners information about the page a user has seen (for example the URL of the page).
