FotoFest is committed to continuously extending learning opportunities to all students in our communities. To broaden Literacy Through Photography’s impact and reach, we are currently translating eight core lessons into Spanish to extend learning to the many Spanish-speaking households we serve. Literacy Through Photography plans to translate the LTP Toolbox and eight lessons from the core themes to broaden the program’s community reach and increase the accessibility of the curriculum. These lessons will be made available for free online and will be used with communities in the Houston Area and online.
Spanish Translation will be available in Spring 2022.
To complement FotoFest programming, Literacy Through Photography develops curricular companions, family guides, and other learning materials based on the FotoFest Biennial.
